Busy Summer
It has a busy wonderful summer. We have had 30 volunteers for most of the summer so the place has really been busy. We have also been involved with a lot of summer only type of activities.....Summer camps, painting playgrounds, planting flower beds etc, at the orphanages and that has keep us running.
All is great in Yaroslavl as the summer winds down. It has been hot (in the 90's) for an apartment with no air conditioner but Autumn is on the way.
I got my Chinese Visa today. Nadia and I are going to the CCS China program (the one I orginally signed up for last year) in Xi'an China the first of October. I am very excited. It should be real interesting to see another country with such a rich tradition. I am also looking forward to working with their kids and other volunteer placements.
